Our office does some type of ice cream social event every spring, and this year I decided to have it catered to the office. I initially reached out to another company that we had used a few years back, but it took multiple messages to get a response from anyone, and when they did respond, they were quite rude. So I decided to take our business elsewhere. After a Google search I came across Magical Creamery. I used their online form to contact them about dates, products, and pricing and within a couple hours I got a friendly response back, and they even came in almost $50 cheaper than the other place I originally contacted for the exact same service. The team that delivered and set up was speedy and friendly, and my co-workers were delighted and impressed with the variety of ice cream and toppings. We'll definitely be using them in the future!
